1. Service Provider
These Terms govern your use of airport meet & greet services provided by Aero Greet India, a brand of Travel Blooper. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation email from our team. Verbal or WhatsApp acknowledgements do not constitute confirmation. Confirmation is provided within 2 business hours of submitting your booking request. Aero Greet India reserves the right to refuse bookings at its sole discretion.
3. Pricing
- All prices include 18% GST as required by Indian tax law
- Prices are per person, per service (one-way โ arrival or departure)
- Currency conversions shown on-site are approximate โ all invoices are issued in INR
- Porter and buggy add-on prices are additional to the base service price
- Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings are honoured at the quoted price
4. Payment Terms
No upfront payment is required to confirm a booking. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, which is sent after your booking is confirmed. All invoices are issued by Travel Blooper, the billing entity for Aero Greet India. Payment must be completed before your travel date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation by Client

6. Service Delivery
- Our greeters will be at the designated meeting point as confirmed in your booking
- For flight delays, notify us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 95368 96071
- We will wait up to 90 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival time for delayed flights at no extra charge
- Aero Greet India is not liable for failures caused by airline disruptions, immigration delays, or factors outside our reasonable control
- In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to substitute the assigned greeter with an equally qualified professional
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service booked. We are not liable for missed flights, lost baggage, personal injury, or consequential losses unless caused by our direct and proven negligence. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for your journey.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before any legal action.
