1. Our Commitment
Aero Greet India (a brand of Travel Blooper) is committed to fair and transparent refunds. This policy applies to all airport meet & greet services booked through our website or directly with our team.
2. Cancellation Schedule
Your refund depends on how much notice you give us before your scheduled service:
Notice period is calculated from the time we receive your cancellation request to your scheduled service time. All cancellations must be submitted in writing โ by email or WhatsApp message.
3. Cancellation by Aero Greet India
- If we cannot provide a greeter due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a full refund or free rebooking at your choice
- Force majeure events (airline strikes, airport closures, natural disasters, government restrictions) are not eligible for refund, but we will reschedule your service at no extra cost
- In all cases where we cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and WhatsApp
4. How to Request a Refund
Send to sales@aerogreetindia.com with your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation.
Our team will confirm receipt of your cancellation and the applicable refund amount within 2 hours.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Billing Entity
All refunds are processed by Travel Blooper, the billing entity for Aero Greet India. Your refund will appear on your statement from Travel Blooper.
